Management retainers are billed monthly and are non-refundable once work has started for the billing period, since campaign time and platform fees are committed upfront.

One-time audits

If the audit deliverable hasn't been sent, you may request a full refund. Once delivered, audits are final.

Cancellation

You may cancel ongoing management with 14 days' notice at any time. No long-term contracts.
