1. Scope of Services
WP Hossain provides specialized pay-per-click (PPC) marketing management, conversion tracking architecture, landing page optimization, and campaign consulting for local service businesses and contractors.
2. Account & Data Ownership
Clients retain 100% full ownership of their Google Ads accounts, CallRail numbers, domain names, and conversion data. In the event of contract termination, all campaign structures, historical data, and negative keyword lists remain the exclusive property of the client.
3. Month-to-Month Agreement & Cancellation
Unless otherwise specified in a custom enterprise statement of work, all standard retainers operate on a month-to-month basis with zero mandatory long-term lock-in. Clients may cancel or pause service with 14 days written notice prior to the next billing renewal.
4. Ad Spend & Billing
Management retainer fees are paid directly to WP Hossain. All ad spend budget is paid directly by the client to Google via the client’s own credit card linked to their Google Ads billing account.
5. Disclaimer of Absolute Guarantees
While we implement industry-leading negative keyword fortresses, click fraud filters, and conversion tracking to maximize ROI, search volume and market competition fluctuate. Past performance case studies do not constitute an absolute legal guarantee of specific future revenue figures.
